Each wheel I'm using is rated for 300 lb but they have some that are air free that might be better for you. The steel bar should be stronger than the wheels. Looks like its on 6 4x4s?
If so, I'd jack it up and use three axels. I'd prob do 4 wheels per exterior axel and two on the inside...
I have been trying to figure out how to make a cheap but long lasting axel that also doesn't look homemade... Here is what I am doing, I hope it's helpful.
- 48" x 5/8" steel rod (tractor supply, $7)
- 10" Wheels (tractor supply, $9.99 each)
- 4 5/8" Washers
And the key to my plan...

Well I really did it! Went out and got the kids six 4H chickens, four Rhode Island Red and two bantams. Www, really created snother monster project for myself.
Perhaps next time I'll build the coop first and then get the chicks!!! We've had them for almost three weeks and this weekend they will...
