I have a 2 month old rooster that did the same thing. Lost most belly feathers, leg feathers and butt feathers and is a lit warmer than the other 13 chickens. I tried lots of different medicines but nothing works. It also walks around like an old man, is smaller and sits a lot. I am baffled.
