    Local farm mutt chicken. Looks like it has black star roots. Yes I also tried oats. Forgot to mention that. How long should it take to heal and when should I be concerned.

    Yes the poop does look normal but every morning she has white goo dried to her whole back end. Definitely needs removal. I don’t have a pic of that, but I’ll try to get one and post in the am since I just bathed her. I also forgot to mention she is the only chick that is not growing any tail...

    I incubated and hatched 17 baby chicks 2 weeks ago. One chick has had white watery poop leaking out since it’s hatch. I thought it was pasty butt but these symptoms seems different. I have given apple cider vinegar, egg as extra protein, electrolytes and probiotics. I am bathing it 1 to 2 times...
