    Egyptian Fayoumis? or something else

Hatched July 9th..from Meyer Hatchery. I ordered 3 layers and received 4 chicks. I ordered Partridge Rock, White Marans and Lakeshore Egger. I first thought this one was the Lakeshore.. but am thinking the little buff/yellow one received is that breed. From looking at other pictures...to me...

Can't figure out what this little one is

I had ordered 3 layers. I also wouldn't think they'd put a meat bird in either...but who knows!! I guess I'll just have to wait to figure this little one out. Thanks for your help!!

Can't figure out what this little one is

thanks...I figured it was too early to tell. I was thinking rainbow ranger as well (just from using google to look at images). Never thought of Lakeshore egger. I'll wait a few weeks and post more pictures. Can a rainbow ranger have a 'normal' lifespan? I don't know much about those.

Can't figure out what this little one is

Thanks!! I was 2nd guessing myself on the one in the back because the hatchery said both were males. That one also has the dark chipmunk markings too. I'll see if I can edit my first post. Thank you for confirming its a pullet

    Age of these chicks

I took a chance and emailed the farm where they came from. The response was they were 8 weeks old Monday...so the new girls are 2 weeks older than my others. I'm hoping the scraggly/scruffy look goes away & boy do they stink...my original 3 girls don't smell at all!!!

    Age of these chicks

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me some idea of how old these two girls are? I ordered them from Murray McMurray and according to their website, they will be between 4 and 9 weeks old. They are pretty scruffy looking compared to my 6 1/2 week old chicks I currently have... the...
