    When a hen won't accept a Roo.

    Last evening we collected an egg with just a soft membrane, no hard shell. This morning we found this ??? calcium ball on Bobs bucket. The large egg is for size comparison only. We fed the other soft shell egg to Bella.

    We started with 6 Speckled Sussex hens. One turned out to be a Roo & now we have more. :) Nice to meet you.
