    Sadly no. The antibiotic cream we had was actually from the US when we were there on a visit and my wife hurt her foot(!) because even that wouldn’t be legally sold here. The antibiotic applied was in effect neospoirin. Can a vet trip be justified? It’ll probably cost about 20 times the amount...
