    It's cold

    I just have a quick question, so my ladies are just chilling in the coop because of the cold, should I put their food in there? I thought maybe water too but figure that would be a bad idea..

    Cracked corn

    I know cracked corn is supposed to be a treat, but can I give them a handful everyday or every few days or what? They have layers pellets, oyster shells and free ranged a few hours each day. Also give them meal worms as treats, should these be given daily or what?

    I have three of these and honestly these three are my only chickens without names because I can't tell them apart, but also don't know if they are roosters or hens...

    I've gotten 3 eggs so far from a pullet around the same age, but the other 6 haven't started. 🤷‍♂️

    I got my first egg 2 days ago, but none yesterday and none so far today. I guess my question would be is that normal? Also they are only around 22-22 weeks old.

    Lighting?

    I had a pekin duck who I'm pretty sure they thought was momma, but she's been gone about 2 weeks now and since then she doesn't go In there, I had another that would sit with her but she has started going in with the others.

    I have one lady who doesn't go in the coop at night she sits perched above the door on an awning. Should I put a solar light in there for them or are they picking on her? Haven't seen anyone picking on her, so was wondering if maybe it's a lighting thing? If this is the wrong section I apologize.
