    Hi there, New chicken owner here! So I bought these 3 lovely chickens and was told that they were hens. Well for the last couple mornings they have been crowing at about 6 am. I've looked up how to tell the difference and it seems that they may be cockrells... but I thought I'd ask you lovely...

    Help! Sick chicken?

    Hi! Sorry for the delay in response. She seems a lot better and totally fine now. I took her in and gave her a "spa" day which she seemed to thoroughly enjoy. There was no puss and her comb looked much healthier the next day. Thank you for your input!
