    I'm late to this party, but thanks for all the advice. One of my favorite and oldest hens was in the duck pond today. I've lost turkeys to the pond before... I've spent the last two hours warming her up. Hopefully we don't have a super cold VT night, she's under the heat lamp with a blanket.

    All I could think with the one that had a lounge chair next to the coop inside was: "Man that must stink. Who would want to sit and relax next to the chicken coop?" I play with my chickens outside!
