Gas x is good for bloat as well or mylacon baby gas drops. Sounds like it could be a bad case of cocci as well and liquid sulmet is great I would use 20cc 1st day and 10cc for the nest 4 days it works better than corrid and albon~liquid form is labled foor poultry.
Also,probiotic paste at trac supply daily will help gi tract enormously. Give a little 1x day keep the rest in the fridge. Goat drench is good for energy and some vitamins has directions. Fort b comp shots daily as well. As the prior person said get the right antibiotics. Have you given cd&t yet...
Some cocci like lice and such can cross species~it is ok if chickens are just passing thru but you don't want them housed together and such because it does cause health issues. I have chickens/turkey and they are in the pasture on occasion it is good bug control but they aren't in close...
