    hello all iv just been watching the chickens then had a look inside the coop to find one of my hens laying but then after a few mins i notice what looks like the white of a egg squirting/ leaking out of her what do i do ?? help please

    will update when i know. im thinking girl with how she is feathering but her legs do seem chunky lol the boys when grown up seem to have alot of gold color on them .and im seeing alot of black on her chest iv not been wrong in guessing yet only hatch 11 chicks plus these 3 and iv guess right...

    thank u :D iv been trying to hatch orps for years with no luck i only hatch out a few eggs a year and this year i get a buff orp and a gold lace im so chuffed now iv got to hope they are girls i think my gold lace will have more black running though her lol then the pic above thanks again

    yep i did think RIR but now i am not so sure his color and the patten just does not look right

    the skin is a off white color but his scales seem to have a light orange color on them

    well the breeds i should of got is Orpington Buff, Orpington Gold Lace,Rhode Island Red,Welsummer,Buff Sussex And Light sussex hope them pics are more help :) and thank u

    hello well i though this little one was a RIR but now im thinking gold lace orp what do u all think ? the one on the bottom the one on top ( sorry about the OH hairy chest lol ) and today thanks for any comments :)

    yep thats what im thinking as the lighter one has got a redder face and red bits either side of his mouth ( forgot what u call them bits lol ) will get some more photos today
