I've read that soaking the rump in warm water with epsom salt is great for possible vent gleet, but I'm not sure what the appropriate ratio would be? This happens to be for a 2 week old chick. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you!

Yes, she is definitely pooping (part of the benefit of isolating her) and it seems like a normal amount and size. They are a little... spongy? Maybe? It will take me a little more chicken poo fondling time...
