    Thanks for the help, it did eventually get out but now it seems to still be attached to the egg with a tiny thin part of what looks like umbilical cord, i have left it since last night. It is quite alert and chirping just dragging the poor egg around behind it. Do i just leave it to drop off on...

    Help... 1st time incubating ducks.

    Can anybody help? I have 1 duck hatched out so far but it seems to be struggling to get its back end out of the egg. It has been wriggling around for a while trying to get free. It seems to be getting quite tired now.
