Hi,
Are they all females? We did end up getting two more girls to keep our lone hen company so I'd have to clear it with the rest of the family first and only if they are females.

We have a lonely Welsummer that's about 6 weeks old and we just lost the last pullet closest to her in age.
Anyone near me have some young pullets to spare?
Thanks,

Thanks guys! Meet Anna, Elsa and Tazita! We ended up making a broader like the one we borrowed before. The lid latches and we're keeping our fingers crossed. To be safe, we'll also keep Kitty Fisher in our room when we're at work and at night!

We're looking at easy options for expanding. Ordinarily I wouldn't shy away from construction either but school just started again and I need to devote my time to lesson plans and such! The girls will have to get a quick fix this time!
Thanks for all the replies! I will get some dimensions to you all in a later reply but for now your responses are confirming my suspicions about a few things.....some details
1) I believe the coop is too small
2) Yes, it's a pre-fab house above a really small enclosure with an extended run that...
So my chickens aren't laying yet. I'm theorizing that, the house part of the coop is now too small, the two nesting boxes (part of the tiny house) are being slept in (we have 4 chickens) and pooped in!
Have had fake eggs in there for the longest time and now THEY are just getting pooped on...
