Is 37.1 to 37.3 celcus good for incubating chicken eggs?

Automatic Egg Turner Constantly Sways Back and Forth!
Hello I just got this automatic egg turner in amazon and yes it was cheap, kinda regretting that now. Anyway is it normal for it to constantly sway back and forth like this?
