    Thanks for the advice! She is one of the hens that have been laying so she probably could use the added protein in her diet. Hopefully this will curb her crabby behavior.

    Mine are 18 weeks and we have 3 hens laying with 4 more getting in and out of the nesting boxes.

    I'm excited to announce we are currently getting 3 different egg colors from 3 of our girls! Our Easter Egger laid her first egg this morning. What a sight! Blue eggs! She was less than impressed when we took it but she seems to have calmed down now. Can't wait for more color to start showing up!
