@jaxsteph Thanks for the advice. My chicks have started early with bullying :( They are only 3 weeks old, and out of six, I had three injured last night. I think I found the culprit and isolated her with a partition. but then the injured birds were pecking at each other's blue kote spots...
This is exactly what happened to me this evening with my 3 week old chicks first a bully was pecking at the new feathers coming in, then they all started pecking at the Red spots, so blu kote was applied, but then everyone started pecking at the blue spots!
Didn't help my flock :(

First night with this system went very well! ( for the babies, anyway) being a nervouse first time chick mom, I had to get up and check on things in the middle of the night. Babies were all cuddled up under there and sleeping soundly.
