So it has been three weeks of Vitamin E and B Complex with occasional eggs and collards for selenium. And no change. 😕 Still not sure what this nervous tick is.
Thank you! Yes I can’t tell if it’s a neurological tick or caused by a vitamin deficiency or something. 🤷🏼♀️ I will do the vitamins for another 10 days and if there’s no change (that would be 3 weeks of those vitamins) should I assume it’s neurological and not harmful?
Interesting! Did you treat with vitamins? And if so, for how long? And it didn’t get better but doesn’t seem to be bothering her or turning into something worse? That would be really good to know. Thank you for responding. 🙏 ❤️
One week in and he’s still swaying and twitching his head quite a bit. I remember reading that it could take a couple weeks to see a difference? Is that true? 🙁
So his pupils seem fine and I trimmed the feathers around his eyes and he is still shaking his head. So I am going to keep going with the vitamins. Wish he would be selfish and eat the eggs though. 😅
Awwww I didn’t know that! 🥹🥰 That’s good to know and definitely possible. I kept thinking something was wrong with him because the hens would dive immediately for the food but he wouldn’t. Obviously my first roo. 😅
Ok I got these supplements (Vitamin E and B Complex) and made a tincture. I plan to give him one dropper twice a day. I have been trying to give him eggs but he doesn’t eat them unless they are on the ground, in the run, and he sees the other chickens eating it first. 🤦♀️ That makes me wonder...
