Good morning
I've previously posted about this hen.
She's 11 months old and is just coming out of a heavy molt. She was showing signs of a slow crop and passing water stools. She was eating small amounts but drinking lots of water. Ive tried massages, coconut oil, digestives enzymes and...
Apologies if this is a duplicate post- can't find original
I have previously posted about this hen l. 11 months old coming out of a heavy molt. She's started having slow crop during the molt and favouring water over food. He crop was not emptying over night fully and would wake with a hard...
So the fat contents is less. Protein about the same. Unfortunately I can not kaytee, well I can but it's £40 ( not sure how much you pay) but wouldn't get for a few weeks. Which I'm more then happy to do if it would help. But I'll also look see if anything else I can get quicker
In addition to my second message above (forgot to click reply). I have just seen her at the feeder. I checked the camera I have in the set up and could see a hen feeding, unfortunately I have another red hen and couldn't make out who it was so I walked down. It was definitely her but she stopped...

Hopefully does point to more of a isolate injury if the rest of the flock are ok.
Mine seem to be turning a corner with it.
No new symptoms. Sneezing runny nose and congestion is all we had. The runny noses all seem to have gone. The sneezing less so and the congestion is just in those worst...
Yeah, I added to my flock and I think that's where my problem has come from. Which has made me angry at myself.
Is it just swollen or is it discharging/ bubbling ?
Your lucky with having a good vet. I think the UK lacks vets who will see backyard chickens
It's so hard as all the symptoms blend into different illnesses and Google can make it all very overwhelming and scary.
Do you have access to a vet ?
What symptoms are they showing
I've never dealt with a respiratory illness in the 5 years I've had chickens untill this one.
Hope your flock...
