    These are the best i could take at the moment, they were a little stressed out and i didn't want to make the situation worse. first picture are of the 2 younger ones, and the middle and third pictures are of the same orp.

    Thank you everyone who has left a comment or two. My husband and I are very new to raising chickens and this was indeed a lesson learned!! We have sense re enforced the coop by drilling in wood blocks in the back and inside of the coop where the vent came loose and adding a metal grate 5 x 5...

    It breaks my heart, sometime Friday night or early pre dawn Saturday morning something got into our coop and killed all 5 of our hens, I put in so much hard work and making sure the coop was secure, warm and comfy for them. It turns out a pretty small vent cover was off the back of the coop...
