    I have two extra thermometers. The problem is that I was two eager with pytting in the eggs, so i didn't really calibrate the machine before. This batch will probably not be very successful, but a good learning opportunity either way.

    When I took this picture it was only on day 3. (I know it's too early to candle, I will try to resist) Something intresting is that the red line has been growing longer, but not branching out like veins.

    Hi. This is my first time incubating eggs. I am using a cheap chinese incubator, and thus the temps are not very uniform and I expect the mortality rate to be quite high. I am wondering, is this a blood ring? Should I discard this egg?
