Here is a pic of a Welsummer I have that acts a little like a Rooster. It looks like a Hen to me but is larger than my other welsummer and will even fight my dog, but does not fight my Polish Rooster. It doesn't crow, but I'm just not sure if its a Hen or Roo? Any thoughts, please advise?
I keep the feed bowl full so its definitely not that, but I think its more of a way they choose to communicate with me. My birds are only 7 months they just started laying last month.

That's a good one I will look for something similar. I think this 50 pound bag would be okay to feed my flock. Its only going hurt the rooster over a long period of time correct?
Thanks to everyone for the great response I now know they need to be separated from the hens or find one of them a new home. I really like having these roosters and wasn't planing on breeding chickens or having more than 6 in my yard. I have to make a dissension and contemplate my options...
I am on the fence right now whether to separate my roosters or find them a new home. I believe they are legal here, I bought them no more than a half mile from here at the feed bin. These polish Roosters are really cool and my kids heart would break if I got rid of them.
