    Newbie with an ill rooster

    Hello My rooster can’t stand. He won’t eat or drink. I’m giving him pedialite through a syringe just hoping he makes it until morning when the vet is in. Any other ideas? He’s burning up with fever. Thanks Molly

    Is that typical for the gape worms to grow in the trachea? Do they cause a fever?

    Rooster has fever

    My rooster is 4 months old but very large. A few days ago he stopped eating and couldn’t stand up. I’ve been giving him fluids with a syringe but tonight, he feels extremely feverish. I brought him in the house to keep him cool. any other ideas? I’m just hoping he makes it through the night...
