We could do it, but we free range all of our chickens together so we would have to separate the fatty fatties so you'd get the pure fatty fatties, but you could by some local "backyard mix" eggs just to test your incubator and we can still figure out the fatty fattie eggs if you're still interested.
About hatching the CX's- I crossed my CX hens with a Black Australorp roo, the offspring was terrific they grew faster than average chickens (Not as fast as the pure CX's) and were MUCH healthier than the pure CX's but the hatch rate was extremely low... But we kept around 30-40 of our crosses...
