    That is what I was reading and yes it was tossed. My husband wanted a picture of it as well. Our chicks have the small watering containers, so maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inch of water is in the base a time.

    Oh interesting... thank you. Not seeing any other signs in the coop or run nor do the hens show any signs of issues. I wonder if it died inside as it was dead when I found it. All our hens get ACV and Oregano oil in their water daily to help prevent any parasites from making a home in the hens...
