I just wanted to update everyone on my ducks!! Altogether, she laid 33, and finally started sitting on them! She hatched out 10, and abandoned her nest. Their about 2 weeks now, and we are really enjoying them! I'll post some pics[/IMG]

I will, thank you. Yeah, I thought of taking some out, that's just sooo many!!! I'm overwhelmed, so I imagine she will be too, lol thanks again

She's sitting only at night, which worried me, but my friend says her Rouen did the same thing and they all hatched! I don't know, we'll see ;)

Ok so now we're up to 27 eggs!!!

Hi!!! I have a question for those more experienced Rouen owners: how many eggs does the female typically lay? Mine has laid 21 so far!!! I'm starting to think she isn't going to stop!! And she only sits on them at night, and covers them with hay during the day, is that normal? Thanks ahead ;)
