Married mother of 3 amazing kids, 2 boys and a girl. I love animals, I have 3 dogs, 2 boxers and a shih tzu. My new addiction, silkies. I have my first silkie chicks, 2 are partridge and 2 buff and 1 that has turned into a beautiful Colombian cockerel. I have recently added 2 blues a mostly black partridge and a colombian hen, all girls. I have once again added to my flock ,3 black hens a blue partridge and another buff hen along with a blue showgirl rooster, brings my total to 14 silkies and a blue wheaten EE. Waiting to see what my chicks become. This is my first time with chickens and can't wait to see them grow and learn about them. I have hatched my own chicks this spring and have 6 more chicks to add to my flock when they are old enough. I have a silver partridge, 2 regular partridge a buff and a solid white, all from my own birds.
