Sad to say that it's gone. I let it stay in the incubator but the veins were not going anywhere. I attempted to assist and just peel the shell because when I pulled it out to check on it I noticed the little tooth that was there, was no longer there. It stuck it's little beak out too far and...

It's ok. I just want the lil one to make it. It's still moving and is responsive to light when I check on it.

But I see vessels still. It's whole beak is just about out it's little hole it made though.

Oh and it did rupture a vessel last night sometime. Cause it was bleeding when I checked on it. It's close to another too that I'm now worrying about.

I have had them 19 days. I don't know how long they were sat on before I got them either. I stopped turning them on day 15 and candled them before locking down. This is the only 1 that has done anything. My vents are open, 80% humidity and the temp has stayed between 37.5 c to 37. 7 c

I still see blood vessels though. Is it possible it pipped before it should have?

It's doing everything wrong I think. It pipped almost 24 hrs ago, halfway up the egg. It hasn't zipped but has kicked off a lot of shell. It also looks like it busted a vessel while trying to stick it's head out. It's still moving around though.

It would be better if this lil critter would just cooperate🤣

Someone had given me 9 corturnix quail eggs to hatch in an incubator but only 1 has made it to pip. That one isn't doing the best though. So, nope not really. At least not yet.🤣
