Paralyzed ~14 weeks old cockerel now unable to walk for about 14 days now
It was a day one thought that my parents had. Chickens that got any problem gets quickly dispatched before they show more symptoms. Don’t know how wrong that is but we’ve never got a problem before, I only got a problem with this one because I love this one. He’s a pretty one, even now.- MoonMoon

Just to clarify he still eats, drinks and move, just not a lot. Not enough to survive at least. He is active enough I still keep my hope up but I was clueless and have only started researching how to help him today.- MoonMoon

I know I should’ve asked this sooner, when he collapsed, the first day or something. I didn’t plan to ask for help, I thought he’ll self recover or something, and I was going through a really rough patch and my family already didn’t view chickens’ life very highly. Our chickens as of 2025
Nothing screams busy like not posting for months lmao, and genuinely writing have been tiring me out so much I didn't even try. Well I am back now and a lot have happened since late May. For once, three of my hens goes broody at the same time 3-4th of June, and I let them sit while incubated...- MoonMoon

We lost another one. This time a named one to be specific. “Triangel”, and many are injured from unknown corvids as I was away with mom for a haircut. It had been months since I got a haircut...so it took longer than I thought. I repeatedly had bad feelings and always ran out to sight of crow...- MoonMoon

Such a foreshadowing when I keep losing count of the chicks and missed picturing one chick coz now I am unsure who we lost and if we even lost one because of this or not or had they been gone for a while now, but I trust we had 17 chicks, just so unsure how we lost the one chick.
