    Just our luck.... all of our chicks are Roos! We got 5 ducklings in May and ALL 5 are drakes! We live on plenty of land so we can keep them and let them clean our pastures, but darn I want some eggs!

    Won’t leave laying box

    Thank you all so much for the tips. We put her in chicken jail (had to put a friend in with her since she was freaking out so bad). She’s doing so much better now! I appreciate all the advice and help!

    She won’t quit on her own? How do I break her of it? She can’t hatch- we don’t have a rooster. I guess it’s not instinct to quit?
