    Something I just learned... You can coat eggs with mineral oil and store at cool room temperature for up to 12 months! Make sure the ones you oil have no hairline cracks.     I revisited their website. They don't have Exchequers but they do have Anconas and the pic of the chicks looks very similar to what mine did. The pic of the adult is a drawing so it's hard to tell. I'll keep an eye on it as it gets older. Thanks
