the whole flock is only 8 months old, hopefully they'll be ready for a hard Kansas winter, after reading a few post on here we've decided not to heat the coop but weather proof it against drafts but still ventilated. I appreciate your help on the feathers, thank you
over the last few weeks one of my reds has white feather ends near the neck and the comb doesn’t look a Vibrant Red like the other girls, I’m wondering what’s wrong with her and should I cull or cure her away from the flock
