The RIR's comb has been pink to red for about two weeks, but I was confused about the tail feathers or the lack of. Bought the EE as an Ameraucana, but I knew it was an EE. So glad she is a pullet! Thanks for your time and expertise.- mpitt

Additional photos of the 5-6 week old EE chick in question. The EE chick to the left appears to be a pullet, much smaller with single slightly pink pea comb. The chick in the front is a red comet. Thanks to all for your input regarding the cockerel. He will be rehomed tomorrow! He...- mpitt

I am new to BackYard Chickens. Please help me determine if this is a pullet or a cockerel. I bought the chick as an Ameraucana, but I believe it is an Easter Egger. The chick is approximately 6 weeks old.- mpitt
