Help!! I need a good pattern for a diaper for my duckling! Just something easy, I've been sewing them for over two years for our call duck, but he sadly passed away, so now we have a cayuga cross rouen. I can't keep up with diapering her! Does anyone have a great diaper pattern they could share with me? We've bought 3 already, spending as you can imagine $150 with shipping to Canada.... And they were all complete fails as my Abby is only 0.9lbs.... So I'm making my own!! But I need a pattern! -

How do I keep my duck clean?
Haha Abby loves to preen mine and hubbies hair! Doesn't bother us, but I often shower right after, duck spit is like glue haha -

No way haha, we just moved from 45 mins north of Calgary. We are now in grande prairie, about 9 hours north of Calgary:) I'll have to ask hubby if he'd like a friend for Abby and let you know! -

He's a pure bred grey :) they'd make cute babies haha!!! And he's tough when it comes to fights! He's taken on our Cayuga's and won! They're afraid of him now! If he goes outside he'll chase them around like a dog chasing a cat, until he's tired and comes inside haha. He's a goof I love him so much -

He's better now...although he's sometimes almost as bad with our kids. They were our first ducks ever, we didn't know much and had no where to turn to... House ducks AREN'T a thing here. We live in a city and people are shocked at our yard ducks haha. And I'm in Canada haha. Really slim pickings... -
How do I keep my duck clean?
Abby knows to stay out of the way when the shampoo comes out:) and poo really isn't a big deal to us haha, it dissolves anyways, just be sure to take out the duck, then wash your feet:) we seriously just talk to him like a kid. "Abby, I'm washing my hair, go to the other end please" and he does Lol -

He's well loved. He even takes bubble baths with my kids haha. He's a priss too. Walks on a leash(or rides in the stroller when he doesn't want to walk), has never flown, sleeps in a dog bed, will ONLY take warm baths, but only drink chilled, spotless water haha. He's goofy. -

Well, we've had 4 calls. And he's the only one to survive. I'll fight to my death, to keep him alive. When we got him, we had him, and 2 females. We got them at 6 days old. Daphne, passed at 6 weeks from a seizure in the swimming pool :( and pumpkin, the day before getting their wings clipped...
