    Ordinance Preventing Chickens...

    I’m new to portage but I would love to get the ordnance changed here. Guess will have to get a bunch of residents to go to a meeting and try and get chickens back in our yards. I was really looking forward to having laying hens until I found out it’s not allowed anymore.
