    Also, I do free range the hens from the small coop around the garden and lawn area on that side of the yard for an hour or 2 most days but have to stay out and watch they stay in the area.

    Red skin/bald patches on my hen- please help!

    Following! One of my hens has something like this on her back above the tail. No roosters to contribute to it and the skin itself looks very similar in colour to yours. No mites here either.

    Sneezing, Wheezing hens????

    one of mine had wheezing and sneezing last fall, I fed them all fresh oregano for a few days and it went away. The didn’t love it but ate it eventually. It worked!! worth a shot if it happens again!
