    How long do I have to stabilize the incubator temp/humidity??

    I'm in the process of hatching chicks for the first time! I put the eggs in this morning, and added some water to the incubator and then left for the afternoon. I just checked it and the temp is good (96.5) but humidity was only 47%. I just added a wet paper towel, and it's already up to 54%...

    Missing feathers

    Help please! We have 14 chickens right now, 13 hens and a rooster. Almost all of the hens have huge bald spots on their backs. Some of them you can see the bones on their wings. We are getting plenty of eggs still, and the eggs seem healthy. I just don't know what is causing it.
