I haven’t actually seen mites and yes everything but their eyes on their bodies is totally fine. They have a metal roof and 3 sides are covered the fronts of every cage is not covered at all. The backs of the cages is only covered by weather screen so if it rains the rain can’t get in the cages.
Yes all of them have it. They are all over a year. I do have new ones in a separate pen out there that are about 6 weeks old now and they don’t have it but I’m sure they will get it eventually
