Yes they have layers pellets down but they have 20square meters for the three of them and they don't touch it that often . They prefer forraging and our scraps they do eat their daily portions of seed mix as well. Also It's oyster shell Many thanks- murphy637k

Good morning all. I have 3 chickens who seam happy and healthy, there just under a year old. however there egg shells are slightly on the week side. They have free access to grit with shell in it but i often just find most of it left hardly eaten. I cant seam to get them to eat the stuff. are...- murphy637k

I have 3 about 5 / 6 months old. 1 light Sussex and 2 RIReds cross Light Sussesx. 1st time for me keeping chickens. I know Cwmcelyn well used to play up there as a kid n teen . :)- murphy637k
