SIlver apple yards are supposed to be that colour when born. But then again when I hatched appleyards they came out mallard coloured so I give up on the whole genetic colouring thing

I feel like the elements are against me when it comes to hatching, unknown planned power outages, unplugged incubators, house temp flucuates, every time I hatch duck eggs I then can't use it for 6 months because nothing else will hatch even if I sanitise it
