I’m sorry you and your turkey are going through this. People just don’t understand that don’t have turkey how lovable they are. Best of luck to you both.
Sometimes it doesn’t matter if he considers you a part of the flock. If you hand raised him it increases the odds he’s going to try and mate with you because they imprint on us. When mine has done this to me I just walk him to the pen until I’m finished with the chore that has me on his level.
I have a poult that’s blind in one eye and it’s also congenital. I’m just keeping him as a pet or adopting him out as one. There’s lots of people that want a turkey as a pet. Good luck to you
