I noticed that a hen of mine is breathing heavily, has bubbles around her eye, has a congested nose and every now and then she opens up her mouth as if gasping for air. She doesn't move much she still eats a little. I cleaned her up after the photo.
Saw that my poor hens eye is swollen, making it difficult for her to see. She's been resting for most of her time but she still has an appetite. What is this? How can I help her?

Thank you for the warm welcome! I checked him head to toe and couldn't find any puncture wounds or anything of the sort, but I'll double check just to be sure. I don't have any poultry vitamins but I'll be sure to buy him some as quickly as possible. Thank you for the advice!
