    Oh no.... I was afraid of this... poor chick. I will see how she is in the morning and see if she will take in some food. I did just try feeding her regular chick feed but she didn’t peck at all and was uninterested. I think sadly your right

    Yes in the brooder is their heat source it’s an eco glow

    I have six chicks and they are about two weeks old . One of the barred rocks is acting strange and was under heat brooder all day.... she was super active when she first arrived but now when I took her from under he brooder (eco glow) she just stood in the middle while the other chicks ate food...

    Yes I agree I keep reading that as well we are buying one next week and my husband will assemble ... it should be easier and faster since it’s not home made

    Yup agreed but to read that there is a possibility even a small one was scared to read especially that I’m new to this. I’m doing my research to ensure I’m make smart decisions so when reading that I was definitely concerned ... thanks!
