I know it's a bit far, but we love the feedmill in Barnesville. We are north of Fargo, and we get enough that we only have to drive out there 4-5 times a year. Yes, as far as I know, you can have hens in Fargo, not Moorhead or West Fargo. My sister lives in Fargo and has 3 hens. Are you on Facebook? For the few chickens my boys show for 4H once a year, def not worth the hassle! We just pay the dollar per bird right there at our fair when they check them in. Now if you're gonna be bringing a bunch of birds to a sale or something on a regular basis, it might be worth the time and expense...- mygreenkitty
