If it's on the back of the neck area, normal. They have a little fluid build up there to help swing their head and hatch.

How do you know it's broken? Are the bones moving? Is there a cut?

Where is it broke at? Have you splinted it?

The streamers are what makes me think cockerel, although it could just be awkward teenage feathering. Also comb seems to be pinking up.

They should be fine. Several people on here keep bachelor pads without problems. Of course, every chicken has their own ideas in their tiny brains, but you should notice if a problem develops.

Yes normal pecking order behavior. Even young chicks will do it. It's when they keep going at each other and draw blood that it's a problem.

You don't have to get more chickens. The 2 boys will get along ok without a female in the mix. It's when you add females that fighting will start. If you want hens for eggs, keep them out of sight of the boys and you'll be ok. Or get rid of one male. You can have 3 or 4 females to a male, you...

As for the black, everything about him says male. Saddle, sickle, hackle feathers. Rust on wing. Crowing.

They are definitely male. White one has male saddle feathers and those rusty colored splashes on the wings also say male.

Very much both cockerels.

I'm going against the grain and saying pullet. I don't see streamers and can usually see some male feathering by that age. Plus my males have much more developed combs.
