To learn more about chickens. One ended up in our tree we believe Hawks accidentally dropped her back in July. Didn't know what breed or male or female. My granddaughters named her Emily untll one day we thought we heard her a sort of do a rooster call so then it was Emilio. Until one day my husband brought in 4 eggs. So Emily we think is a black maran and we want to get a couple more to keep her company. My husband is building a coop n a run, we just want to make sure we're doing it right.
