Turkey tom with swollen face! Please help.

Thanks y'all for all the help. Yesterday morning I was finally able to talk to a vet at the Georgia Poultry Lab and he told me that for a 23lb turkey the correct dose would be 1.1 cc of oxytetracycline LA200 every other day for a total of 2 doses. He did say that it sounds like he has...

A must-read for infections! Durvet, Duramycin, Tetracycline or Oxytetracycline INJECTIONS

How often would you recommend injecting oxytetracycline and for how many days? I have a 23lb tom that I gave 1.1cc yesterday for what I think maybe mycoplasma and with the one dose he has made great improvement but I'm unsure how long and often I need to continue giving it to him.

Turkey tom with swollen face! Please help.

Noticed yesterday morning that my tom's face was swollen on one side. He is acting completely normal, still eating and drinking as usual and hanging out with his ladies. Not sure if it's a blocked sinus or something else.

Please Help...new turkey constantly looks up

Thank you both Arielle and Horseyrider. Horseyrider I'm pretty sure now that she is stargazing. I started her on B vitamins along with vitamin E and selenium on Saturday afternoon. Since then she has improved a good bit but still has episodes. It seems to be when she is not preoccupied then...

Please Help...new turkey constantly looks up

I got her last night at a livestock auction and thought that maybe she was just a little quirky or stressed but come this morning she is still exhibiting the same behavior. I think it's a bit more extreme this morning. I have her in quarantine so if she is sick she doesn't spread it to my...
