So I'm sitting on my couch eating breakfast this morning when I hear this polite knocking on my front door. When I open the door to see who's on my front porch, what I see is my entire flock running to hide in the weeds. I've just been ding dong ditched by my chickens!- naturegeek168

Spring 2017 first timers post!
So we recently had a birthday party for our now 5 year old and apparently some donuts got forgotten outside. Came home from work the next day to this. I guess chickens like donuts just as much as the rest of us.- naturegeek168

The other night when I went to put my chickens to bed I only counted 7 out of the eight that were supposed to be there. Mars, my favorite, was missing. @Katherine Robertson that's funny, I named my chickies after planets as well. my 3 EEs are mercury, venus, and mars and my buckeyes are Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and the littlest one is Pluto- naturegeek168

April 2017 chicks, who will lay first contest...
Mine didn't hatch til may 14th and most of them are buckeyes which are known to take extra long to lady their first eggs so I'm out but I'd love to see pictures of everybody's first eggs- naturegeek168
