    What are your frugal and sustainable tips and tricks?

    I compost kitchen scraps when able I found dishwasher pods that are plastic free and the packaging is plastic free - and affordable! Via amazon. I burn my paperwaste trash I wash glass jars from the grocery store and re-use them for storage (herbs from the garden, seeds from the garden)

    Infected toe??

    I am just now seeing this one, I've read chickens develop corns ILO puss for infections, like bumblefoot. And when treating bumble foot the corn needs to be removed. Were you able to remove anything out of this growth?

    Preventing Mites and Lice?

    I forgot to add I read something about egg withdrawal, not sure if it means permethrin gets in the eggs and you shouldn't eat it, or if it's about residue that could just be washed off? or if the chicken stops laying? "Google" recommended 3-7 days of egg withdrawal after treatment.
