    I too spoke to John at Lancaster Fancy Fowl. He said he would refund me but I am waiting for it. The call wasn't dropped, correct, he had to go but never called back. Thats correct and he didn't call back. My birds I bought in October 24th, and then they arrived in April or so, then started...
